Before entering the bathroom

(بِسْمِ الله) اللّهُـمَّ إِنِّـي أَعـوذُ بِـكَ مِـنَ الْخُـبْثِ وَالْخَبائِث

[In the Name of Allah]. O Allah, I seek protection in You from evil and the evil ones (or, from the evil male and female Jinn).
