After the last tashahhud and before salam

اللّهُـمَّ إِنِّـي أَسْأَلُـكَ الجَـنَّةَ وأََعوذُ بِـكَ مِـنَ الـنّار
O Allah, I ask You for Paradise, and I seek Your protection from the Fire.
