Abu Sālih used to order us that if anyone of us wanted to sleep, he should lie on his right side
This is mercy that Allah, the Exalted, has placed in the hearts of His slaves. Verily, Allah shows mercy to those of His slaves who are merciful
If the slave draws closer to Me by a hand-span, I shall draw closer to him by a cubit; and if he draws closer to Me by a cubit, I shall draw closer to him by the span of two outstretched arms. If he comes to Me walking, I shall come to him running
While a man was walking on a path, he found a thorn branch on the road, so he put it aside. Allah, thus, thanked him and forgave him
Do not keep the farmland lest you should desire the world
This (line) represents man, and this (line) represents the end of his life, and while he is as such, the closest line overtakes him
The worst lie is when a man claims to have seen something which he has not seen
The one who boasts of receiving what he has not been given is like the one who has put on two garments of falsehood
It does not befit the truthful one to frequently curse others
Do not curse one another, invoking the curse of Allah or His wrath or the fire of Hell
Unload it and set it free, for it is cursed
Let the she-camel upon which curse has been invoked not accompany us
Oxus, Jaxartes, Euphrates, and the Nile are all from the rivers of Paradise
The devil said: By Your Might O Lord, I will continue to misguide Your slaves as long as their souls remain in their bodies. The Lord said: By My Might and My Majesty, I will continue to forgive them as long as they seek forgiveness from Me
Beware of the invocations of the oppressed person, for, indeed, they rise to heaven as if they were sparks of fire
